Jess has been actively involved in the quick lube industry in Canada “We strive for excellence every day at Complete Lube Supply. Whether big or small we put the same intense effort into every task we take on. We have many customers so this is not always easy. Each customer is different with varying needs and expectations. We try to structure our company in a way to be able to accommodate every customer and the way they operate. Listening and learning to be flexible is an ongoing practice and quite often the key to a satisfied customer.”
