Jess Block – Customer Service Associate
Jess has been actively involved in the quick lube industry in Canada since 1986. Prior to joining the team at Complete Lube Supply Jess was a quick lube owner/operator in Ontario.
Jess joined Complete Lube Supply in 2004 as a Customer Service Associate. Jess’ quick lube experience, attention to detail and great people skills has made him very popular with customers. Having the ability to relate to customers on an operating level allows Jess to “talk shop” with customers. This translates to a quicker and more concise service process.
Jess’ current responsibilities within Complete Lube Supply include daily communications with customers across Canada as it relates to order processing and technical support.

Each customer is different with varying needs and expectations. We try to structure our company in a way to be able to accommodate every customer and the way they operate. Listening and learning to be flexible is an ongoing practice and quite often the key to a satisfied customer.”

Cesar Rios – Customer Service Associate
Cesar has been actively involved in the quick lube industry in Canada since 1990. Prior to joining the team at Complete Lube Supply Cesar was employed with a major quick lube chain as a technician and manager.
Cesar joined Complete Lube Supply in 2007 as a Customer Service Associate. He has proven to be a valued member of our customer service team and a great addition to Complete Lube Supply.
Cesar’s current responsibilities within Complete Lube Supply include daily communications with customers across Canada as it relates to order processing and technical support.
