John Vanderlaan
President and Co-founder

John Vanderlaan has been actively involved in the quick lube industry in
Canada since 1984. Prior to co-founding Complete Lube Supply in 1992,
John owned and operated his own quick lube centres.

John’s work experience includes management and operation of multiple
quick lube and service station locations as well as consulting work on the
quick lube redevelopment plans for a major oil company.

John acts as the Chief Operating Officer of Complete Lube Supply, with
general oversight of all company operations.

Mike Cassin
President and Co-founder

Mike has been actively involved in the quick lube industry in Canada
since 1979. Prior to co-founding Complete Lube Supply, Mike owned
and operated multiple quick lube locations.

Mike began his quick lube career as a hands-on technician, which
eventually lead him to managing his own quick lube operation. Mike’s
involvement in the industry has included consulting as well as developing
and producing operational and procedural manuals.

Mike’s current responsibilities as President of Sales within Complete
Lube Supply include overseeing all aspects of sales along with program
and product development.
