Product and Service Comprehensive Sales and Technical Training

Today’s quick lube business is ever changing.  Automotive technology constantly evolves and it can be difficult to keep up with new vehicle advancements.  The vehicles rolling into service centres today are very different from the vehicles serviced 10, even 5 years ago.  Keeping current with the changing trends and technology is not an easy task.  Complete Lube Supply’s extensive involvement in the industry and with suppliers can provide you with the knowledge base you need. We have the experience, resources and training programs to help drive your quick lube business.  Our staff of industry professionals will work with
you and your staff to achieve the success you desire.  We are available for consultations and comprehensive onsite/offsite classroom and practical training.

The investment of time in our training programs will yield great dividends for many years.  Knowledgeable, well trained technicians are productive; work independently, possess confidence, create opportunities, promote customer retention and will add professionalism to your service offering.  Our training program is
not a one time offer.  It is always available to you and is kept current with changes in our industry.

The only condition is your continued support of Complete Lube Supply.  It is easy to implement and scheduled at your convenience.

Below is a general synopsis of what we offer in the classroom.  Programs usually begin with this general outline and are further developed to accommodate client needs.  Classroom training can take place onsite
or offsite.  Practical training usually takes place onsite, applying the material presented in the classroom.  Detailed resource material has been developed and is distributed after training for future reference.
